Professor Andy Hsu is a Chartered Scientist of the UK Science Council and Founder of Cambridge BioAnalytics. He has led the development of multiple AI-driven neurodiagnostic and rehabilitation systems, now deployed across more than 780 centres in Asia and Europe, establishing a cross-regional AI neurodata infrastructure platform.

He is a Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology and a Fellow and Assessor of the Academy of Medical Educators (UK). His work advances translational neuroscience and neurorehabilitation education on an international scale. His academic and technological contributions have been featured in The Biologist, and he has received formal recognition from the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia. He is regularly invited to deliver keynote lectures and academic addresses across the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia, including at the University of Cambridge.
